• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the platform
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Data & Third Parties

The Service uses third-party providers including Anthropic (AI analysis), AssemblyAI (transcription), and ScrapeCreators (TikTok data). By using the Service you acknowledge data may be processed by these providers. We do not store TikTok video files — only publicly available metadata and AI-generated analysis.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, and branding is owned by ShopCreatorSpy. AI-generated reports produced for your account are yours to use for your own business purposes.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance. Competitive intelligence data reflects publicly available information at the time of analysis and may not be current or complete.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopCreatorSpy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
